Each person is different, and each challenge is different, so it is hard to pin down a timeline for results. The only way to truly know is to try out a few sessions and see how it is working for you. 

Science shows that it takes 3 months of trying something new consistantly to make a lasting change. That is why I offer pre-paid package discounts for 12 sessions...setting you up for weekly appointments for 3 months. If you'd rather pay session by session, this is also always an option.  

Yes! Please bring your faith into coaching! It is a part of who you are, it plays a huge role in how you deal with problems, and it influences how you walk through this world.  I am a Christian and have been trained as a Christian Life Coach, so I function through the Holy Spirit as my guide to help you.  

Whatever your faith is, we can bring it into your sessions at whatever level you choose.  

At Life in Process Coaching, I work with pre-teens, teenagers, and adults. I spent over 30 years as a teacher in public and private schools, so I am very comfortable working with kids and teenagers, as well as adults.

I am happy to work with teens as a Life Coach or Academic Coach, but I do require parent permission and liability releases to work with anyone under 18 years old. To be a good candidate for coaching, a teen will have to be the one seeking coaching. We can discuss this during a free initial consultation. So, yes...teens and adults are welcome!
